Projects

Artists of Lake Chapala welcomes proposals from our members for collaborative or community art projects. Proposals should  foster artistic expression.  They may be about producing an event, organizing an educational experience, or creating an opportunity for collaboration.

 

Please use this Project Proposal submission form to generate your proposal and gather all the info the Board will need to consider your project.  We consider every proposal carefully to make sure the project is aligned with our values and to assure we are able to help you be successful.

 

Once a project is approved to move forward, you will form an ad hoc committee of volunteers who will work together to plan and execute your project.  We ask that a representative of the ad hoc committee attend our board meetings via zoom each month to give the board a report on how you are doing.  The ad hoc committee will remain in place for the duration of the project and will dissolve once the project has been completed.
